There are only small chances of side effects. There is almost no possibility of side effects that are considered to be "dangerous"
 
The negative results that may occur after surgery are: overly high and an unnatural nose, thin skin that reveals the inside materials when under sun light, red nose, shape of the material revealed at the tip of the nose, and infections. Most of these can be prevented if the surgeon performs surgery with care.
 
Some time is required for the area of surgery to stabilize. This usually takes 6 months. Therefore, under normal circumstances revisional surgery is performed 6 months after the first surgery. However, sometimes there are exceptions. If the problem is clear and the client wants the problem to be solved quickly, the revisional surgerymay be performed 1-2 months after the first surgery.
