Treatment after the surgery is 5 days and the client is required to visit the clinic twice for brief treatment. After the nose surgery, paper tape is applied on the nose which is removed within 3-5 days. The stitches are removed on the 5th day. The factor that determines how fast one will return to normal life depends on the amount of swelling of the nose. At Olive, we give you anti-swelling shots to shorten the recovering period. Normally, it takes 5 days for the swelling to subside so that the patient may return to his or her normal life. If the surgery was performed on the nose tip or on the bottom of the nose, the swelling is even less and the patient may return to normal life within 3 days. For 2 weeks after the surgery, the inserted materials or tissue may move so it is best not to touch or rub the nose. It is best to sleep with your face up. 2 weeks after the surgery you may start wearing your glasses. It is recommended that you do not jog or participate in sports activities for 2 weeks after the surgery. The patient may wash and wear make up 3-5 days after the surgery.
